ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

As per its by-laws, The Resource Center hereby announces its Annual Meeting and Election will be held Monday, June 2, at 75 Jones & Gifford Avenue in Jamestown, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The event will include an exhibit of artwork created by individuals with disabilities who receive services from TRC. Several artists and their support staff will make a presentation about the benefits of art therapy. Refreshments will be served.

All current, active members of TRC are eligible to attend the meeting and to vote in the election and on any business items that may arise. The agenda shall be as follows:

The Nominating Committee has presented to Board Secretary Dr. Todd Jacobson the following candidates to fill vacancies for officers and directors of the Board for the 2008-09 term, as well as vacancies on the Nominating Committee for the 2009-10 Election:

Prior to the start of the Annual Meeting, a ceremony will be held to formally dedicate the Jones & Gifford Avenue facility in memory of the late Michael J. Raymond, who served as The Resource Center's Executive Director from 1974 to 1987.

Members of the Cappa family are honored for their support of TRC throughout the years during the "Legacy of Love" donor recognition portion of the 2007 Annual Meeting.
