TRC Expo takes place May 22 at JCC
So, ever wonder what goes on at The Resource Center?
You’ll have a chance to find out Thursday, May 22, at the third annual TRC Expo. The event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Physical Education Complex on Jamestown Community College’s Jamestown Campus.
The event was created in 2006 for TRC employees. With more than 1,200 employees spread among 40-plus sites throughout Chautauqua County, it can be difficult for someone who works in TRC’s administrative building to know what goes on in the Residential Division. So, each of the agency’s departments created a table display designed to educate co-workers in a fun, entertaining way.
The TRC Expo was such a success that The Resource Center decided to open the event to the general public. Anyone is invited to stop down at JCC on May 22 to see what’s going on and learn something you didn’t know about The Resource Center. The table displays are fun and interactive. TRC merchandise will be given away throughout the day, and there will be plenty of information to take with you.
The Resource Center provides a multitude of services to individuals with disabling conditions and their families in Chautauqua County. In addition, the agency offers health care, dental care, health-related services, and counseling programs to the entire community.
