What services are offered?

Retirement options for seniors with developmental disabilities with emphasis on promoting individualization, independence, integration, and productivity are provided.

Location:

Harris Avenue Recreation Center, Jamestown, New York

Who is eligible for this service?

Persons who are Medicaid eligible, living in a Community Residence, an Individualized Residential Alternative, private home, or Family Care, and are 50 years old or older are eligible.
