Traumatic Brain Injury Home & Community Support Services provides support services essential for the Waiver Participant's health and welfare. These services are individually designed and include assistance, training, and supervision with activities of daily living such as bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, eating, light and heavy household tasks, laundry, transportation, and shopping, as well as socialization and supervision.
