She came to TRC from the Dr. Gertrude A. Barber Center in Erie, PA. Joanne has worked in area Residential Services for individuals with developmental disabilities since 1989, with experience in Family Care, Intermediate Care Facilities and Community Residences. She has assisted in opening new facilities in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie that included development of policies and procedures that met regulatory requirements as well as Individual Service Plan development. Joanne holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a master’s in Health Services Administration from Gannon University. |
