Nancy Ingram started at The Resource Center (at the time known as the Achievement Center) in 1974, after graduating from the State University of New York College at Brockport with a degree in psychology. She started in the Jamestown Work Center Program as a Supervisor, then worked as a Vocational Evaluator for several years before becoming the Coordinator for the Jamestown Work Center Program. In 1990 she became Director of Rehabilitation Services, where she was responsible for oversight and program development in the areas of work center support, employment services and vocational rehabilitation. In 2003 Nancy was named Assistant Executive Director for Service Operations, the position she holds today. In this capacity, Nancy is involved with Agency-wide program and service issues, including program development and operations. Over the years, she has been involved with various community organizations and currently serves as President of the Chautauqua Blind Association.
